PATCH HEART Digital Download

"Patch Heart" is such a fun, design that is easy to stitch & can be displayed in a variety of ways! We stuff with wool scraps, but t-shirt scraps or crushed walnut shells would work great too, especially if using as a pin cushion 🙂
Your pattern download includes a color photo of the finished piece, full size Template Page with full size Pattern Cut-outs, material sizes & instructions on letter sized pages.

The finished piece (without the hanger) measures approx 4½" X 12" inches.
