Our shop remains open when we are gone to events - just with less inventory ☺

If you are planning on attending any of these events - please feel free to place a pickup order online. This way you know you will be able to get exactly what you want, since we can only bring certain things with us. In the check-out please attach a note to let us know which event you are attending, that way we will know where you will be picking it up from - thanks!

The Textiles & Treasures Trail began on July 1st & we are excited to have paired up with 9 other fabulous small businesses to make this fun shopping road map for you all to enjoy all summer long!! 
During the months of July & August take a trip along the marked trail to explore a variety of fibre shops, wool farms, local markets, potters, lavender fields & artisan studios.
Collect stamps in your Trail Passport at each stop for a chance to win a grand prize! 
TRAIL PASSPORTS are available at each stop, or you can print your own — start planning your road trip & discover the Northern Shore of Nova Scotia today!

 

 

 
The Teachers Branch 40th Anniversary Celebration
A Special Garrett Bluenose Hook-in
 
November 8th from 9:30 to 4:00 pm
Lions Club, 65 Hornes Road, Eastern Passage, NS
 
Registration begins September 15th
 
View the hooked Bluenose patterns to be taught by our teachers.
Select your choice.  Patterns will be emailed to you with instructions once you have registered.
 
Registration fee of $25 covers cost of the round chair mat pattern and lunch, which will be provided by the Lions Club (sandwiches, sweets, cheese, veggie and fruit trays, tea and coffee). Please note:  if you have a dietary restriction, this cannot be accommodated.  Please bring your own lunch.  Your fee will be adjusted accordingly.
 
Individuals, please email Ruth Downing with your choice of pattern and your fee of $25 by e-transfer ruthalyson@gmail.com

For groups, please e-transfer a lump sum along with a list of names and choices, with one person responsible for the group.  Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

There is space for 200+ people!
